Refund Policy

Although we typically see very low return rates, we like being as clear and transparent as possible about our returns and resend policy, and would ask that you also communicate your policies clearly to your customers

Returns/­exchanges

Since all our products are made to order, or personalised, in line with customer specifications, returns and exchanges are not supported. If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.

Damaged/­defective products

A free replacement or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to us by email within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof. 

Undelivered items/ Resends

If an item is not successfully delivered by Royal Mail/ Courier and is returned to sender, we will notify you that the item has been returned so you can arrange a redelivery with your customer. We will keep returned items for 30 days before donating this to charity. Redeliveries due to deliveries being unclaimed or refused by you/ your customer will be chargeable. If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us and redelivery likewise will be chargeable.
