From Humble Beginnings to Helping Brands Grow

Treat Pod didn’t appear overnight. We’ve been learning, adapting, and supporting brands behind the scenes for well over a decade.

We began in 2010, printing personalised products — first for individual customers, then for our earliest trade clients. It quickly became clear there was a real need: businesses wanted to expand their ranges without the usual headache of stocking thousands of units upfront.

Becoming the Industry’s “Best Kept Secret”

By 2015, we were quietly fulfilling custom products for a mix of small independents and national retailers. One client once described us as “the gift industry’s best kept secret” — we loved that — and very quickly we partnered with some amazing brands as their production engine.

Over the years, we’ve invested in new production techniques, grown our catalogue of printable and engravable products, and built the expertise to support complex brand needs.

Adapting When It Mattered Most

During Covid, our role became even clearer. Many shops and businesses needed to pivot online practically overnight and we scaled up quickly to help keep them going — because that’s what partners do.

Up to that point, most of our fulfilment had been designed for companies that could build custom integrations to link to us. But this meant there were many partners we couldn't work with easily.

A New Chapter for Treat Pod

So , in 2024, we started developing the Treat Pod platform to make professional-quality print-on-demand homeware and giftware accessible to all sellers — from big retailers to solo artists. We tested the first platform with a small group of clients, and kept refining how the platform worked.

In 2025, we launched an hugely upgraded version of the platform, opening up our entire homeware, giftware and accessory range for easy, on-demand perso­nali­sation. Now any creator can turn their designs into high-quality products without the risk or hassle.
